We founded Pendefords with one simple aim in mind – to help you to love where you live. Inspired by our move to the Broadland village of Coltishall, and the vibrant and welcoming community that we’re now a part of, we want to help others find the home which is right for them, and we believe that our philosophy of working flexibly with a select client group gives us an advantage over larger, high-street estate agents and online-only businesses.

Because we only work with a handful of clients at once, we have the luxury of taking the time to really understand your motivation for selling your home, which helps us agree the best strategy to successfully market your property. Our individual approach means that we can offer a range of tailored services; helping you to prepare your home for sale, professionally photographing your property, and managing and conducting unhurried viewings to really show off your home to its best advantage and helping to secure the best possible price.

To help us build the right relationships between buyers and sellers, at Pendefords you’ll deal with one single point of contact all the way through the process, from Valuation to Completion – meaning that the person who sells your home is a person who knows your home – and who really knows you.

Gareth Headland is a marketing strategist with a 20-year history of delivering solutions for some of the most recognisable brands in the world. Norfolk born and bred, he has worked locally, nationally and internationally, with a focus on understanding what motivates people to engage, and ultimately to buy.
